Shell broken

They are beautiful but sadly the quality it’s not at expected. One shell was broken when I unpacked the heels and the other shells are about to fall too. I don’t like that the shells are not well stick and super loose to the shoe so every time you walk they are moving and turning side so it’s very unpleasant. They arrived super late.
